Pre-K Program
Application Process
For the Pre-K Application process, children must be 3 or 4 years of age on or before September 1.
A completed application, including some of the following is required:
Child's original birth certificate
Immunization records
Proof of residency (such as utility bill, etc. - a driver's license will not be accepted)
Medical Form (signed by your child's physician).
*In addition to a completed packet, families must meet the income guideline requirements of the Pre-K Counts grant.

Transition into the Pre-K Program
Parents and guardians will have an orientation or get acquainted day with your child's teacher the day before school starts.
